The Village of Metamora provides access to meeting agendas, minutes, and required financial and water reports to keep residents informed and engaged. These records ensure transparency in local decision-making, fiscal management, and the delivery of safe, reliable water service.

Village Board of Trustees Meetings

Pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, 5 ILCS 120/1 ets. seq., you are hereby notified of the annual notice of regularly scheduled public meetings for the Board of Trustees of the Village of Metamora, Illinois.

Meeting Location: Village Hall, 102 N. Davenport Street, Metamora, Illinois.
Days and Time of Meetings: 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month at 7:00pm.

Financial Reports

Pursuant of Act 65 ILCS 5/8-8-10.5 below is the Annual Financial Report for the Village of Metamora.

Water Quality Reports

The Illinois EPA requires that every community water system serving at least 25 residents—or with at least 15 service connections—produce and distribute an annual Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) by July 1, summarizing water sources, detected contaminant levels, regulatory compliance, and educational information for the public.
